INTERNATIONAL RESULTS FROM THE SOUTH ISLAND

New Zealand pick up the win in front of a huge crowd at Glenmark Polo yesterday! 

A great game was had with the score being even at ½ time, but New Zealand pulling away 11-8 at full time!

Congratulations to both teams that went from end to end scoring goals with an open and fast game. Lachie Appleby picking up a well deserved MVP.

The best retrained thoroughbred was ‘Tiger’, owned by Ange Norrie, played by Jimbo Fewster.

Champion Pony was Smash, owned by George Andrews, ridden by Jimbo.

Best pony picked by the English team was Arya ridden by Ollie Jones, owned by Ru Barlow.

A big thank you to everyone involved, in particular the pony lenders, coaches, managers and Glenmark Polo!!

SAVILE CUP UPDATE 

The draft draw has been done. All North Island teams will have their first game on Wednesday, but South Island teams should expect to be playing from the carded dates of Tuesday the 25th Feb.

18 teams entered! 4 in the Savile, 6 in the Wilson and 8 in the Riddiford and Levin.
