Warm weather with wind was presented for day one held on Friday, the main day for the A&P show. Six teams played on a great field, freshly mowed, irrigated and core drilled ready for a season of Polo ahead.
Sunday saw the final between Christchurch Teal verses Waipara B. The finial score being 4.5 to 5 to Waipara.
On conclusion the two Higginson boys where the last to leave after enjoying happy hour and the BBQ. Waipara played well and deserved their win.
A large turnout was greatly appreciated by all. Thank you to those involved and here is to a good season ahead.
