Cambridge Tournament Feb 6-7 Keyte Watson Memorial is coming up. Cambridge is also hosting the English Team of Mark and Luke Tomlinson, Malcolm Borrick and James Beim (and coach). They will be billeted amongst the Cambridge players.
The English players will be playing against a Northern Provincial Team and also a central district team. Each NZ player has to provide ponies for the English players. The test match between NZ and England is the following week at Kihikihi.
There should be some exciting games to watch and there will be approx 12 teams playing over the three grades.

BNZ Medium Goal: Farmlands (Dan Worker, James Worker, Kit Brooks, Henry Fisher) 7.5- 5
BNZ High Goal: Dunstan (Arthur Morgenstern, Ed Hitchman, JP Clarkin, Tom Hunt) 13-12
This was a great game and they played against the Piquet Hill Team, half way through Tommy Wilson had a very nasty spill and had to go to hospital to see about his shoulder. Hopefully he is not out of action for too long. Bud Sorby who had just played in the medium goal final had to come on as a replacement. The score was 13-12 to Dunstan, with Piquet Hill coming right back in the last couple of minutes scoring three goals. It was a very close and exciting finish.
